Subject: stations POAL and CRAT are out of operation

Dear Coleagues,

Since day 359 (year 2007) station POAL is out of operation because
comunication board is broken.
Since day 30 (year 2008) station CRAT is out operation because
receiver doesn=B4t enable log.

We are trying to solve these problems as soon as possible, but in
both cases receivers need to be changed.
