Subject: Failure in FQNE station

Dear all:

During the last weeks, a new method for format conversion (based on
TEQC) was  implemented for the Fuquene (FQNE) station. Nevertheless,
Fridays 263, 270 and 277 resulted in a wrong conversion. This led to a
systematic error in the coordinates of all the station processed at IGA
for the day 263.

After some tests, FQNE was detected as the cause of the problem.  A
running without including this station showed that the results were
acceptable again.

Our recommendation is to exclude FQNE for the day 263 in your computations.

For the following days, the cause of error has been corrected.
