Subject: CUCU, QUIB out of operation

Dear Colleagues

We have been experiencing technical difficulties with the stations QUIB
and CUCU, located in Quibda and Cucuta (Colombia), due to problems with
electrical
devices. The stations are out of operation since day 275 (1/OCT/2008) to
CUCU and day 296 (22/OCT/2008) to QUIB. We will be solved those problems
next weeks.

We really apologize because of the inconvenience.
