Dear colleagues,
IBGE solutions (processing and combination) are now available at ftp://geoftp.ibge.gov.br/SIRGAS/. The informations are organized in three directories: 
-Graficos : Times series graphics of all stations processed by IBGE.
-Relatorios (Processamento/Combinacao): Reports from Processing and 
Combination.
-Resultados (Processamento/Combinacao): SINEX files from processing 
(including all stations) and SINEX files from Combination.

I would like to clarify that these results are not oficial SIRGAS 
solutions.
