Dear Colleagues,

Station VALP (Valparaiso, Chile) had its firmware upgraded today, 09 August,
at 16:30 UTC. The Trimble NetRS receiver now has firmware 1.3-1 . An updated
site log will be submitted to the IGS CB today.
