Dear Colleagues,

An updated site log for station PARC (Punta Arenas, Chile) has been 
submitted to the IGS CB.
This updated log shows two firmware upgrades :
2010-08-13  from version 4.14 to version 4.15
2011-10-05 from version 4.15 to version 4.43

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the late notice.

Note also that GLONASS observables are now being included in the rinex 
files starting
2012-08-06 .
