Dear Colleagues,

The Riobamba, Ecuador (RIOP) station had a problem with the NETRS
receiver.  The faulty NETRS was replaced with another NETRS receiver.
The new receiver details are below.

No data is available for Aug 13 - 21.  An updated site log has
been posted at the IGSCB.
