Dear Colleages,

Antenna and receiver at the Colombian station  APTO were changed. The 
corresponding details are described in the site log file: apto_20120817.log

The is already available at the SIRGAS web site (www.sirgas.org) as well as the
SIRGAS FTP server (ftp.sirgas.org/pub/gps/DGF/station/log/). RINEX files are 
available on the ftp from day 236.
