Following IGS indications apply also to SIRGAS.

Minor update to RINEX 2.11:
The IGS/ RTCM-SC104 RINEX Working Group has made several minor 
corrections to the RINEX 2.11 documentation. The updated RINEX 2.11 
document was released on June 26, 2012 and all the changes are listed in 
the 0.7 revision section. See :

RINEX 2.11 data files will continue to be accepted by the IGS for the 
foreseeable future. Going forward the RINEX 2.11 format will not be 
updated to support new signals or constellations, only corrections and 
minor updates will be accepted.

RINEX 3.02 Draft and Final RINEX 3.02 Release planned
One more RINEX 3.02 draft release is currently planned and it will be 
made available later this month (October, 2012). When it is posted on 
the IGS web site another IGS mail will be sent and interested parties 
will have one month to comment on the draft. A final RINEX 3.02 release 
is planned before the end of 2012.
