Dear Colleagues,

The tracking problems at station SCRZ were solved and the station is 
back to operation since March 2, 2013 (day 060/2013).

SCRZ was installed and is maintained under a cooperation agreement 
subscribed between DGFI and the Instituto Geografico Militar of Bolivia.
