Subject: [SIR-Mail] No.874: New processing standards for the SIRGAS reference frame From: Laura Sanchez Author: Laura Sánchez, IGS RNAAC SIR / DGFI Dear Collegues, Following the agreements of the latest SIRGAS-WGI meeting (held in Panama in October 25, 2013), from the GPS week 1773 (January 2014), the routine processing of the SIRGAS reference frame includes the new standards outlined by the IERS Conventions 2010 and the GNSS-specific guidelines defined by the IGS for the second reprocessing of the IGS global network (http://acc.igs.org/reprocess2.html). The mandatory standards to be applied by the SIRGAS processing centres are described in the document ”Guidelines for SIRGAS Analysis Centres”, which is at http://www.sirgas.org/index.php?id=143&L=2 available. Solutions computed without following these new standards are not included in the generation of the final SIRGAS coordinates.
