Stations PRGU(Guarapuava-Brasil) and PRMA(Maringa-Brasil) have new 
equipments since day 098 (08/04/2014) and day 104 (14/04/2014) 
respectively.

The upgraded site logs were sent to SIRGAS network coordinator.
