The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been updated. The new release is called ´igs08_1879.atx´. It contains the following changes: 1) The two GALILEO-2 satellites launched on 17 December 2015 have been added: E08 (E208) E09 (E209) The following conventional phase center offset (PCO) values were assigned: PCO_X = 15.0 cm PCO_Y = 0.0 cm PCO_Z = 100.0 cm > Orbital and Technical Parameters http://www.gsc-europa.eu/system-status/orbital-and-technical-parameters NAGU message 2015021: > NOTICE ADVISORY TO GALILEO USERS (NAGU) 2015021 > DATE GENERATED (UTC):2015-12-28 10:30 > > NAGU TYPE: GENERAL > NAGU NUMBER: 2015021 > NAGU SUBJECT: LAUNCH OF GSAT0208 AND GSAT0209 > NAGU REFERENCED TO: N/A > START DATE EVENT (UTC): 2015-12-17 11:51 > END DATE EVENT (UTC): N/A > SATELLITE AFFECTED: GSAT0208, GSAT0209 > > EVENT DESCRIPTION: GALILEO SATELLITES GSAT0208 (SV_ID 08) AND GSAT0209 (SV_ID 09) WERE LAUNCHED ON 2015-12-17 AT 11:51 UTC. GSAT0208 AND GSAT0209 ARE PLANNED TO BE POSITIONED IN SLOTS C07 AND C02 OF THE CONSTELLATION. USERS WILL BE ADVISED OF AVAILABILITY OF SIGNALS FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES. http://www.gsc-europa.eu/notice-advisory-to-galileo-users-nagu-2015021 2) A decommission date for the following satellite has been added: G04 (G034): 9 November 2015 Although officially removed from the GPS constellation on 3 November 2015, Block IIA satellite SVN34/PRN04 didn´t stop signal transmission before 9 November 2015 (DOY 313) according to the IGS tracking statistics provided by CODE (ftp://ftp.unibe.ch/aiub/igsdata/odata_gnss_day.txt).
