Dear Colleagues:

Unfortunately, we have some tracking problems at the station YCBA 
(Yacuiba, Bolivia). Our colleagues from the Instituto Geografico Militar 
of Bolivia (IGM-Bo) are planning a technical visit for December 27th to 
stablish if the antenna (or the receiver) is malfunctioning. In the 
meantime, the observational data availability is intermittent.

We apologize for the inconveniences this may cause.

Station YCBA00BOL was installed and is operated under a cooperation 
agreement subscribed by the DGFI-TUM and the IGM-Bo.
