The station OSOR00CHL (Osorno) has been decommissioned. This station was 
installed and operated under a cooperation agreement between DGFI-TUM, 
Centro Sismolgico Nacional  Universidad de Chile, and Instituto 
Geogrfico Militar of Chile.
